Covid safe – Year group/school in the same bubble

  •  Our photographers set up the equipment too ensure that the students can queue for their covid safe panoramic photographs
  • Weather permitting an outdoor location would be ideal. In the case of poor weather a large airy location will be necessary – Ideally the school hall or gym. The largest group possible indoors is 300 inc Staff
  • Students are arranged in height order 
  • Clear direction on where to stand or sit for the photograph
  • The photographer(s) will be a minimum of 2m away from students and staff and where appropriate wear all necessary PPE
  • We are able to leave space for the staff who are not in the same bubble as the students and can take their photographs separately
  • Our photographer will take your photograph and students and staff will then be able to exit one row at a time
  • We will repeat this step to ensure everyone has their photo taken
  • Our photographer will be able to take any staff members separately to ensure social distancing
  • We are then able to combine the photographs digitally in our lab to produce the final photograph
  • Our lab will upload your photograph to the school’s portal. If there is anything you would like to change then please let us know.
  • When you have let us know you are happy with the images we will then be able to release them to your students and parents
  • Notifications are sent to parents who have signed up to Quick Pics™
  • Parents will then be able to go online and view and order the photographs
  • After each bubble of students has been photographed, all surfaces that may have been in contact are wiped down with an approved disinfectant
