Covid Safe Individual Portraits

•  Unique tickets are produced for each student
• Tickets are printed and packed under strict conditions at our office and are sent out by courier several days before the photographic session
• Tickets are distributed to each student prior to the session
• Our photographers set up their equipment to ensure that the students can queue for their covid safe individual portraits, adhering to government guidelines
• Classes are only called one at a time to preserve the ‘bubbles’ they are in
• The photographer will at all times be a minimum of 2m away from students and staff and where appropriate wear all necessary PPE
• When it is the students turn for their photograph they move to a marked area in front of the photographer
• The student then scans their own ticket using a hands free scanner
• Student is then instructed on how to pose for the photographs
• The images taken are then uploaded to our website and can be viewed using the ticket the student takes home with them or notifications are sent to parents who have signed up to Quick Pics™
• Images for your school database system are then uploaded to your school portal for you to download
• Images can be viewed and ordered online
• After the session all surfaces are wiped down with an approved disinfectant
• Family photographs can be taken at the discretion of the school. Either at the start of end of the session. Thought must be given to where students wait for their turn
