Covid safe Fun Groups

• Our photographers set up their equipment to ensure that the students can queue for their covid safe Fun Groups photographs, adhering to government guidelines
• Your photographer will set up in a large airy location, a school hall or gym would be ideal
• New schedules produced to preserve the ‘bubbles’ they are in
• The photographer will at all times be a minimum of 2m away from students and staff and where appropriate wear all necessary PPE
• Clear direction on where to stand for the photograph, either individually or in small groups at your discretion
• A choice of poses supplied by your photographer for students and staff
• We are then able to upload the images to your school portal. Any changes can be made at this point 
• Upon approval we are then able to make the images available to your students and parents
• Notifications are sent to parents who have signed up to Quick Pics™
• Parents will be able to view the images online and order
• After each bubble of students has been photographed, all surfaces that may have been in contact are wiped down with an approved disinfectant
